Totally. I’ve just been struck by how many defense mechanisms I have when it comes to giving up control. For example…
Etc. But it’s good practice for sure. After all, someone else is going to have his own internal desire for control to compete with.

Right now we are in the middle of dealing with friendship issues, such as deliberate isolation of our daughter by some wanna-be mean girls. Lack of control over their lives & influences only increases over the years.
Here hoping there is some movement into the world soon!

Yea, the ball just keeps rolling without waiting for us.
OMG, I like my life to have a general plan, nothing nit picky but I like to have at least some control. The uncertainty of pregnancy drove me batty! I guess it is good to let these babies de-rail your life for awhile. Let’s you know who is boss. It’s not always who you think.
